Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel reprise their roles as Tara Singh and Sakina, respectively, from Gadar - Ek Prem Katha (2001) in the three-minute-three-second-long trailer of the sequel. We also see their son Jeete, played by Utkarsh Sharma who also portrayed the same role in the previous film.
