England skipper shared his thoughts after 4th Test of Ashes 2023 got drawn. He said, "I've never left a game feeling pretty emotionless. It was a really bizarre feeling because obviously the game petered out the way it did because of the weather. Yeah, you sort of look back and go, do you wish we had either got beat, or we had played and Australia managed to pull a draw off in that situation? Yeah, leaving the ground where you can't really do anything, well you can't do anything. It's a very strange place to feel and strange place to be and makes you feel very odd. You know, shaking hands with the umpires and the opposition at the end. You could see that from both sides, It was just sort of like an emotionless, Australia retain the Ashes, we couldn't win it back, but it was just like, yes, it was very bizarre, and that's you know, two teams who ARE professional athletes, they want to be out there. They want to be playing against each other and doing what we do, but unfortunately weren't able to do that. So yeah, it was it was a pretty flat feeling. But we've got rid of those emotions and we're all set for this week."CricketNext brings to you the major news from the world of cricket.
